It all started by designing a chessboard as simple as possible. We liked the pieces and thought they could be stools/tables. In the second move we made the checkers, in the third the hangers, in the fourth the paper bars... The game continues.
Jaque is a furniture collection with a sober aesthetic vocation, based on basic geometric shapes. We are very concerned about the durability of our pieces and therefore we always work with the best materials. We try to make Jaque products "forever".
Material and creation process:
The process is handmade with cedar wood, one of the most resistant and at the same time light. The result is a solid piece of wood with a light weight that facilitates its mobility.
